1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO addresses

International locations (yet)

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Please check with neighbors or your local delivery office

Allow 1–2 additional business days for delivery (sometimes carriers scan early)

Contact us if the issue remains unresolved

For lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help, but Daniel Boost is not liable for deliveries once marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damage

A brief description

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@danielboost.store before your order is shipped. Once an order is dispatched, we may not be able to update the address.
