Thank you for shopping with Daniel Boost. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The item is not a clearance or final sale product
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or installed products
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards or promotional giveaways
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund after reviewing your case.

Clear photos showing the damage or defect
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@danielboost.store with your order details.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the item you prefer.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again
Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
